As a Food Service Supervisor, you’ll lead daily operations to ensure patients, staff, and visitors enjoy meals that are both delicious and nutritious.

Job Responsibilities:

Supervise room service and retail staff for timely, accurate meal delivery

Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and documentation standards

Train and support team members; assist with evaluations

Conduct daily rounds to coach staff and spot improvement opportunities

Handle service recovery and maintain cash controls

Support departmental performance improvement initiatives
Job Requirements:

High school diploma or GED (required)

Food Service Manager Certification (preferred)

Experience in food service leadership (preferred)
