Warehouse Associate Summary:
In this role, the Warehouse Associate is responsible for receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping materials in a warehouse environment while maintaining inventory accuracy and ensuring a safe and efficient workflow.
Warehouse Associate Pay Rate: $16/hr.
Warehouse Associate Hours: Sunday-Thursday; 9:30am - until finished (7.5-8 hour days)
Warehouse Associate Duties & Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
- Move materials throughout the warehouse as needed.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts.
- Label, sort, organize, and stock products in designated areas.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and according to company procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
- Complete shipping, receiving, and inventory documentation accurately.
- Assist with general warehouse operations and other duties as assigned.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure productivity goals are met.
Warehouse Associate Basic Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly throughout the shift.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical labor for extended periods.
- Basic math, reading, and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable transportation and a strong attendance record.
