We are looking for a baker with strong lamination experience, pastry decoration and who has a passion for baking. We prefer some culinary school exposure but will take previous work experience into consideration. Come tell us about your passion!
This is not a position for someone looking to learn baking. We are not looking for home bakers at this time. We will be looking for at least 3 years of work experience as a baker. If you do not have at least three years of recent professional bakery experience, please do not apply. We need a baker who can hit the ground running with minimal oversight.
You will work under our bakery manager We are a cafe and and are interested in a candidate who can bring some new ideas for pastry products. In addition to varied pastries, we also offer specialty donuts and cronuts. as well as pies, cakes, etc.
·The successful candidate should be familiar with food safety standards as well as general kitchen standards of cleanliness.
We produce pastries from scratch each day for our flagship location in Bedford, NH, a franchise cafe in Goffstown, NH, as well for special orders, deliveries, and catering. We are growing and are looking for people to grow with us!
Qualifications
- Track record of successful employment in a high-volume production facility
- Precise attention to detail
- Excited to be part of a growing business
- Excellent time management skills
- Baking or pastry experience required
- Reliable transportation (please note some of our shifts begin prior to public transportation service, free parking is available to those who drive)

Responsibilities
- Keyholder to production facility responsible for setting up kitchen and workspaces
- Preparing doughnut and batters including lamination, proofing, frying, and glazing.
- Preparation of a variety of other pastry items
- Organizing and packaging product for distribution, special orders, and catering
- Maintaining a clean organized work station, equipment, and kitchen

- This is an early morning shift. Must be available Weekends
