Busy Pool Company looking to fill the position of Administrative Assistant. The role of Administrative Assistant provides administrative support, reception, and front office management for the Construction and Sales Departments as a whole. Primary duties include answering phones, filing, managing day to day front office operations, setting up new jobs, recording sales leads, assisting sales team, ordering office supplies and other duties as assigned.
To be successful in this role applicant must have:
Experience answering multi line telephone system
Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
Be an exceptional team player
Experience with Microsoft Office and Windows-based applications
Be self-motivated with willingness to take on additional projects and tasks as needed.
Salary based on experience.
