HVAC Technician
Reports To
HVAC Manager
We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused HVAC Technician to join our team in the Greater Harrisburg, PA Region. In this role, you will provide HVAC diagnostic, repair, and installation services while delivering exceptional customer service to residents and team members. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to quality workmanship and professionalism.
Major Duties and Responsibilities
Duties may include, but are not limited to:

Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair residential HVAC systems and related equipment.

Assisting with HVAC replacements.

Inspect HVAC systems to identify issues and recommend appropriate solutions.

Accurately document work performed, materials used, and recommendations provided.

Ensure all assigned service requests are completed in a timely and professional manner.

Maintain positive relationships with residents, co-workers, vendors, and company staff through excellent customer service and communication.

Assist with inspections and evaluations of HVAC systems in occupied and vacant apartments/homes.

Support special projects and operational initiatives as assigned by management.

Maintain company tools, equipment, and vehicles in clean and proper working condition.

Follow all company safety policies, OSHA regulations, and applicable health codes.

Participate in emergency on-call rotation as required.

Prepare and submit accurate daily paperwork and service documentation.

Maintain a professional appearance and work environment at all times.
Position Details
This position serves residents located in the Greater Harrisburg Area. Work hours are Monday through Thursday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, and Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. We offer competitive compensation, benefits, paid overtime opportunities, and room for advancement within our growing organization.

Requirements:
Qualifications

High School Diploma or Equivalent (Preferred)
-
HVAC Certifications (Preferred)
-
EPA 608 Certification (Preferred)
-
2 to 5 years of HVAC service
-
Experience in diagnosing and repairing residential HVAC systems
-
Valid driver’s license and ability to meet the company's motor vehicle policy requirements

Strong technical and communication skills
-
Ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of performance and safety
-
Ability to represent the company professionally and positively at all times
