School-Based Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA/COTA)
HWB Therapy is seeking a passionate, enthusiastic, and caring Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA/COTA) to join our dynamic private practice specializing in school-based Occupational and Physical Therapy services.
We have part-time and full-time opportunities available for the 2026–2027 school year, with flexibility in both the number of days worked and daily schedules to help support a healthy work-life balance.
As part of our collaborative team of experienced OTs, OTAs/COTAs, and PTs, you will work directly with students and school staff to support the development of:
- Fine motor skills
- Handwriting
- Sensory processing
- Activities of daily living and functional life skills
- Play-based learning and school participation
Previous pediatric or school-based experience is preferred but not required. We provide mentoring, training, and ongoing support from our experienced therapy team to help you succeed.

Requirements
