Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Physical Therapy Aide to join our team. In this role, you will support licensed physical therapists in delivering high-quality patient care. Key Responsibilities
- Assist physical therapists in implementing individualized treatment plans
- Guide patients through prescribed exercises and therapeutic activities
- Prepare treatment areas and set up necessary equipment for therapy sessions
- Observe, document, and communicate patient progress to the supervising therapist
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment
- Provide exceptional patient support and ensure a positive therapy experience
Qualifications
- Interest or experience in patient care within orthopedic, geriatric, outpatient, hospital, or clinical settings
- Basic knowledge of human anatomy and physiology preferred
- Ability to follow directions and collaborate effectively within a team
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Empathetic, patient-focused approach to care
- Certification or relevant coursework in physical therapy is a plus
