Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Human Resources Coordinator to join our team and drive our HR initiatives forward. Duties
- Coordinate talent acquisition activities including sourcing candidates through ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), conducting interviews, and managing onboarding processes such as employee orientation and training.
- Administer benefits programs and workers' compensation claims to ensure accurate data entry and timely processing.
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies aligned with employment & labor law standards and OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) regulations.
- Manage HRIS (Human Resources Information System) data collection, updates, and reporting to support workforce management and strategic planning initiatives.
- Maintain compliance documentation related to contracts, labor law requirements, and HR sourcing activities while supporting HR audits.
Skills
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively manage employee relations and conflict resolution.
- Demonstrated project management skills with experience in training & development programs, organizational design projects, and workforce planning.
- Ability to handle administrative responsibilities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in benefits administration.
- Skilled in data entry, data collection, and social media management for employer branding initiatives for recruiting purposes.
- SAP experience preferred
- Attention to detail and organized
- Korean bilingual preferred but not required

Pay: $68,000.00 - $82,000.00 per year
