Moss & Company is looking for an experienced, motivated, and results-driven PART TIME Residential Apartment Manager to join our dynamic team of property management professionals.
We are looking for energetic individuals who enjoy being hands-on, taking ownership, and being part of the property management world. The building we are hiring for requires a strong, resilient manager with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations professionally and confidently. The right candidate will not be easily discouraged and will be comfortable taking charge and driving results.

Compensation Package: Includes a FULLY COMPENSATED studio apartment. This is a housing-only position with no hourly wage.
Qualifications:
- Must have at least 1 year of experience
- Knowledge of section 8 housing
- Vacancy rehabs
- Turnovers Section
- Experience in serving notices, eviction process, rent collection
- Excellent customer service
- Knowledge of Fair Housing
- A team player
- Good leadership skills,
- Excellent organizational skills
- Yardi knowledge is a plus
- Bilingual is a plus
