Kaye Personnel, Inc. is searching for Mechanical Assemblers, Machine Operators, Electronic Test Technicians, and Soldering Technicians for a manufacturer in Moorestown, NJ.
*Manufacturer is offering 4-Day work weeks, Monday - Thursday!!!*
*Some positions offer training for the right candidate!*
*Located about 15 minutes from the Tacony-Palmyra Bridge.*
Available positions are long term to convert to permanent. Additional incentives offered once hired on permanently.
(1) Mechanical Assembler | Entry Level Position | *WILLING TO TRAIN*
Schedule: 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday through Thursday
Pay Rate: $17hr - $19hr, Dependent on Experience
Responsibilities
- Expected to read customer assembly drawings and follow work instructions
- Utilize various hand tools, torque drivers, etc.
- You will work with calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring instruments.
Skills & Requirements
- Familiarity with chassis and hardware assembly
- Wiring and cabling
- Experience with hand tools
- Ability to read and follow instructions on blueprints
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a warehouse environment.
- Good Computer Skills required
(2) Robotic Soldering Operator | *WILLING TO TRAIN*
Schedule: 6:00AM - 4:30PM, Monday - Thursday
Starting Payrate: $17hr - $20hr
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Surface Mount Technology equipment operator
- Experience in loading Universal and Quad equipment component feeders
- Experienced in fine pitch technology, leaded and lead-free assembly
- Mount electronic components directly onto circuit boards
- Certifications to J-STD and IPC specifications preferred
- Must be able to read Engineering assembly drawings, Bills of Material, component identification, etc.
- Strong Computer Skills required
(3) AOI (Automated Optical Inspector) Operators | *WILLING TO TRAIN*
Schedule: 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday through Thursday
Pay Rate: $17hr - $19hr, Dependent on Experience
Responsibilities:
- Inspect printed circuit boards (PCBs) for defects using AOI machines
- Certifications to J-STD-001 and IPC specifications preferred
- *Proficient computer literary a must*
- *Strong Attention to Detail is required*
- Proficient Computer Literacy
(4) Electronic Test Technician | 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday - Thursday
Pay Rate: $19hr - $23hr, Dependent on Experience
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot electronic boards/systems from schematics
- Knowledge of analog / digital electronic components to support troubleshooting
- Proficient with test equipment such as oscilloscopes, multi-meters, etc.
- Ability to understand test procedures of varying complexity
- Good Computer skills to use email, Microsoft Office, and follow/edit test procedures
- Ability to communicate both internally and with customers involving technical issues
- High school diploma/GED required
(5) Soldering Technicians/PCB Class 2 or 3 | 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday - Thursday
Pay Rate: $19hr - $24hr, Dependent on Experience
Responsibilities:
- Experience in IPC-A-610, Class 3 and J-STD-001 criteria
- Certification to IPC / J-STD preferred
- Solder Surface Mount and Through Hole Components on Printed Circuit Boards
- Experienced in working with a microscope
- Expected to read process documentation including Bills of Material and Assembly drawings
- Strong Computer Skills Required
(6) SMT Machine Operators | 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday - Thursday
Pay Rate: $18hr - $20hr, Dependent on Experience
Responsibilities:
