Available Shifts:
- Shift 1: 8:00am – 5:00pm | Monday–Friday
- Shift 2: 11:00am – 8:00pm | Monday–Friday
- Shift 3: 9:00am – 8:00pm | Sunday–Wednesday
- Shift 4: 9:00am – 8:00pm | Wednesday–Saturday
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum of 3 years of residential HVAC service experience
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- A professional, customer-first mindset
- Sales awareness - able to identify opportunities and recommend the right solutions
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Servicing, maintaining, and repairing residential and light commercial HVAC systems
- Diagnosing issues and providing cost-effective solutions
- Educating customers on system performance and upgrade options
- Communicating clearly and honestly with customers
- Working independently while collaborating with a high-performing team
