Location: IMMEDIATE HIRE: Kenton Elementary School-11246 Madison Pike, Independence KY 41051
Schedule: After School Care
AM 7am-9am Hours PM 3pm-6pm for afternoon care. Monday-Friday No Weekends

As an AlphaBEST Captain, you'll be trained to do the following:

Lead a fun and dedicated team of Guides that deliver excitement to our student Explorers in fitness, the arts, technology, and more!

Work collaboratively with peers and the Leadership Team to manage all aspects of the program site.

Train AlphaBEST Guides on how to lead adventurous tasks that ignite children's sense of wonder.

Encourage creativity and intellectual curiosity by establishing clubs that build on students' interests and talents.

Provide a caring, family-oriented environment where positive staff, child, parent, and school relationships are fostered at your program site.
Here's what you'll need:

Must have HS diploma, Bachelors or Associates in Education or a child development field.1 year experience in a classroom setting ( in a licensed facility)or group setting with at least 15 students.

Must be at least 21years old

Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet program staffing needs

Must be able to successfully complete a background check as required by state childcare licensing regulations
