INF Kentucky is looking for an enthusiastic Entry Level Event Associate to support community fundraising events and represent meaningful charitable initiatives throughout the Lexington area. No prior experience is required. We provide hands-on training, ongoing mentorship, and opportunities for career growth in a supportive, team-oriented environment.
What You'll Do as an Entry Level Event Associate
- Assist with the planning and execution of community fundraising and outreach events.
- Engage with attendees to share information about charitable campaigns and their impact.
- Coordinate event setup, logistics, and on-site activities to ensure a positive experience.
- Build positive relationships with donors and supporters by providing exceptional customer service.
- Work alongside team members to achieve fundraising and event participation goals.
- Maintain accurate event records and assist with campaign reporting when needed.
- Represent nonprofit partners with professionalism, enthusiasm, and integrity.
Qualifications We Value in an Entry Level Event Associate
- High school diploma or GED required; additional education is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
- Organized, dependable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
- Customer service, volunteer, event, or fundraising experience is helpful but not required.
