Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of our facilities.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs in rooms.
- Clean the exterior of the hotel daily (all garbage, debris, etc.)
- Preventative maintenance.
- Early morning lawn upkeep and cleaning around the building.
- Maintain the pool area, including but not limited to testing the pool, correcting chemical issues, cleaning in the area. (Training from the hotel for chemicals)
- Conduct painting tasks as needed to maintain aesthetic standards.
- Fabricate parts or components as necessary to support maintenance operations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all safety regulations.
- Other tasks as assigned.
