S2STEM, a dynamic STEM enrichment center, is seeking a passionate and versatile Marketing & Customer Service Associate to drive our marketing efforts and deliver exceptional customer experiences. As a key member of our growing team, you will play a central role in promoting our programs, engaging with our community, and supporting our daily operations. Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Magic:
- Collaborate with our leadership team to develop and execute impactful marketing campaigns across social media, email, and community outreach channels.
- Unleash your creativity to craft compelling content for social media posts, newsletters, and promotional materials that capture the excitement of STEM education.
- Monitor and report on enrollment metrics, providing valuable insights to fine-tune our marketing strategies.
- Support the planning and promotion of STEM events, enrichment programs, and outreach initiatives that inspire young minds.
- Assist in lead generation campaigns and follow up with prospective families to guide them through the enrollment process.
Customer Service Superstar:
- Be the friendly face and helpful voice of S2STEM, serving as the primary point of contact for parents, students, and visitors.
- Handle inbound inquiries (phone, email) with a smile, schedule center tours, assist with enrollments, and support new families through a seamless onboarding experience.
- Foster strong relationships with parents and students through clear, responsive, and empathetic communication.
- Assist with customer enrollments, billing, and day-to-day operational tasks in collaboration with our Operations Director.
What You'll Bring:
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2-5 years of experience in customer service/ front office and marketing roles (internships count!).
- A genuine passion for education and experience working with children.
- Proficiency in social media platforms, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and digital marketing tools.
- Tech-savvy skills with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and various office tools.
- Bonus points for prior experience in education, STEM, or after-school programs.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 12:30 PM to 6:00 PM (extended hours required during summer & school holidays).
