Job Title: Delivery Ambassador
Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and professional Delivery Ambassador to deliver arrangements and orders to our customers. The ideal candidate will have a pleasant demeanor, a clean appearance, and a cheerful attitude to ensure a positive delivery experience for our clients. This role involves representing our company with a smile and providing exceptional customer service during each delivery. The ability to adapt quickly to changing routes and circumstances across Cape Cod is essential, as delivery plans may shift unexpectedly.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver arrangements and orders to customers in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain a friendly and courteous demeanor, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Present a neat and clean appearance at all times.
- Follow delivery routes efficiently and accurately, with flexibility to adapt to sudden route changes across Cape Cod.
- Handle customer interactions with professionalism and a welcoming attitude.
- Ensure the safe handling and delivery of all items.
- Represent the company positively through excellent communication and service.
- Hours are set from 10 AM to 7 PM. (Can be sent home early)
Qualifications:
- Valid driver’s license with at least 3 years of driving experience.
- Clean driving record.
- Friendly personality with excellent customer service skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and responsible.
- Ability to be flexible and responsive to dynamic routing scenarios in Cape Cod.

Company Car is provided, however, drivers must use their own vehicles upon certain schedules. alternative arrangements for work may be available
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
