Cleaning 2–3 homes per day

Following a clear, proven system (we train you)

Working at a steady pace while maintaining quality

Communicating with your team throughout the day

Showing professionalism and respect in every home

Take pride in doing things the right way

Show up consistently and on time

Are comfortable with physical, hands-on work

Can take feedback and adjust without resistance

Stay steady and focused, even on imperfect days

Are warm and respectful—but know how to stay on task

Prefer doing things your own way instead of following a system

Struggle with consistency or reliable attendance

Get easily overwhelmed by feedback or schedule changes

Need constant variety or excitement to stay engaged
