- Salary Range: $70,000 to $85,000 (based on experience)
- Plus Commission & Bonuses
- Full Time: 40+ hrs./5-day work week (Monday to Friday)

Responsibilities:
- Report to the owner as a key leader driving showroom performance & profitability
- Champion a high-performance culture centered on accountability, coaching & customer excellence
- Lead, develop & elevate the sales team through structured training & ongoing performance management
- Oversee showroom operations, including staffing, merchandising & sales activity tracking
- Partner cross-functionally to align sales, operations & inventory for seamless project execution
- Maintain expert-level knowledge of products, services & systems to guide team & client decisions
- Ensure accuracy & quality across all projects from initial sale through final delivery
- Build & strengthen relationships with clients, vendors & installation partners to support long-term success
- Partner with installers to plan & manage installation schedules.
- Drive operational efficiency through process improvement & system optimization
- Resolve escalated customer & project issues with urgency & professionalism
- Uphold brand standards across customer experience & showroom presentation
- Provide leadership & direction to the marketing team to achieve company objectives
What We're Looking For:
- 4+ years' proven work experience in Retail Management, Showroom Management, Sales Manager, General Manager, or similar role
- Valid driver's license & reliable form of transportation (REQUIRED)
- Able to pass a background check (REQUIRED)
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office & CRM platforms
- Personal & professional ethics
- Leadership skills & ability to delegate effectively
- Ability to set sales targets & achieve them effectively
- Positive, communicative & motivated to help grow the business
- Analytical skills to identify trends & sales patterns
- Organizational skills & ability to respond quickly to a shifting reality
- Time management skills & detailed oriented
- Critical thinking & problem-solving abilities
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal & written communication skills
- Knowledge of RFMS is a plus, but not required - willing to train
- Flooring experience is a plus, but not required — we're happy to train the right person
