Position Summary
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Full-Time Front Desk Receptionist to join our team in Short Pump, VA. As the first point of contact, you'll create a welcoming experience for every client while supporting the daily operations of the clinic. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys helping people, and has excellent organizational skills.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome clients with exceptional customer service.
- Answer incoming calls, schedule appointments, and respond to client inquiries.
- Confirm appointments and maintain accurate client records.
- Assist Aestheticians in outgoing calls to clients for consultation follow-up and notification of promotions and events (no cold calling).
- Support aestheticians and medical staff with clinic needs such as treatment room upkeep, event support, and clinic organization.
- Process client payments and maintain accurate financial transactions.
- Perform daily opening and closing duties.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including filing, scanning, and maintaining documentation.
- Keep company systems updated with accurate client information.
- Support clinic promotions, events, and overall team operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service or front desk experience (medical spa, salon, or healthcare experience preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities.
- Comfortable using computers and scheduling software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to work approximately 38–40 hours per week, including Saturdays.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits
- Starting pay: $15.60–$18.00 per hour (based on experience)
