What You’ll Do:
- Direct Care: Provide medical services and handle health-related emergencies.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate school health records and prepare reports.
- Educational Support: Assist teachers with health-related curriculum, field trips, and instructional materials.
- Student Advocacy: Supervise students receiving health services and reinforce healthy habits within the school.
- Office Support:
- Provide office support greeting and helping parents / visitors
- Provide office support answering phones and helping stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) schooling & certification.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Strong communication skills (written and oral) and the ability to maintain organized records.
- A cooperative, professional attitude when working with school personnel and parents.
- Bilingual/biliterate skills are a plus!
