Weekly average
take home pay for Owner Operator's:
- Dry Van: $2,500
- Flatbed: $3,750 ( to qualify for Flatbed you must have 6 months of recent Flatbed experience)
Home Time:
Owner-operators decide their preferred lanes during on-boarding.
Owner Operators can choose to be home on weekends or stay out longer. Drivers are encouraged to return home for their reset to ensure revenue remains consistent, rather than staying out for multiple weeks and taking extended time off.
Operating Details:
- Dry Van & Flatbed running areas are determined on a case-by-case basis, as owner-operators decide their preferred lanes during on-boarding.
- Flatbed Requirements: Drivers must have chains, binders, straps, a coil setup, and 6' drop tarps.
Trailer Rental (Maintenance Included):
- Dry Van: $220/week
- Flatbed: $350/week
- Stepdeck: $390/week

Job Requirements:
Minimum Hiring Requirements:
- 22+ years old
- 1+ year of Class A CDL experience (within the last 3 years)
- Safe, clean driving record
- Tractor: 2000 model year or newer
- Must operate under our authority
