Oshanah is looking for a motivated, personable, and self-directed individual to help connect people with our 16-week Personal Development Program.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting people, building relationships, having meaningful conversations, and helping individuals discover opportunities for personal growth.
The Opportunity
As a Program Enrollment & Outreach Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, reaching out to prospective participants, conducting a preliminary conversation to understand their needs and goals, and scheduling their first session with Oshanah.
You will work independently and have the flexibility to develop your own approach to finding and connecting with potential clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential clients who may benefit from Oshanah's 16-week personal development program.
- Initiate conversations with prospective clients through appropriate outreach channels.
- Conduct a brief preliminary interview to understand the individual's goals, challenges, and interest in personal development.
- Clearly explain the program and help prospective clients determine whether it may be a good fit for them.
- Follow up with interested prospects and answer initial questions.
- Schedule the prospective client's first session.
- Maintain organized records of leads, conversations, follow-ups, and enrollments.
- Develop and use your own network, outreach strategies, and lead-generation methods.
- Represent Oshanah professionally and authentically throughout the enrollment process.

Previous sales, recruiting, or customer-facing experience is helpful, but not required. The right attitude, communication skills, and ability to connect with people are most important.
Compensation
Commission-based compensation.
You earn commission for successful client enrollments. There is no traditional hourly or salaried component to this position.
