Job Summary
We are seeking time conscious, warm and results-driven Sales Account Manager to join our growing team! This position is new and is being transitioned from an admin only support to the owner, into a full time sales position. Our growth is 20 ot 30 percent annually. Responsibilities
- Respond to new phone and email inquiries quickly
- Manage existing accounts with a focus on retention, upselling, and expanding revenue streams through proactive account management.
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking events and in person visits
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline status using CRM systems to ensure accurate forecasting.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and resolving issues efficiently to foster long-term partnerships.
Qualifications
- An eye for creative details.
- Proven experience in sales.
- Strong time management skills
- Demonstrated success in lead generation, and direct sales efforts.
- Ability to work independently.
Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
