Job Summary
We are seeking a knowledgeable An Automotive General Manager for a fast-growing, independently owned repair shop is a dynamic leader who balances day-to-day operations with scaling the business. This role oversees service, parts, customer experience, and financial performance while building the systems and team needed to support rapid growth. Key responsibilities include driving revenue and profitability, streamlining workflows for higher efficiency, recruiting and developing technicians and staff, strengthening customer relationships and retention, managing inventory and vendor partnerships, and implementing processes that allow the shop to scale smoothly.
The ideal candidate brings five to eight years of automotive repair or service leadership experience, with a track record of helping a business grow. Strong operational instincts, financial awareness, and the ability to stay hands-on while thinking strategically are essential. This position works directly with ownership to shape the shop's culture and fuel its next stage of expansion.
