About the role:
To complete the detail and written work and to coordinate other matters essential to the efficiency and effectiveness of the Program Director.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in day-to-day operations of CAPS Collaborative Programs.

Obtains, gathers, and organizes pertinent data as needed and puts it into usable form.

Maintains a regular filing system, as well as a set of locked confidential files, and processes incoming correspondence as instructed.

Maintains a schedule of appointments and makes arrangements for meetings, evaluations and interviews.

Prepare documents for meetings

DESE Restraint Reporting

Preparing and organizing MCAS and MCAS Alt.

Effectively Communicates with School District Personnel.

Orders and maintains supplies as needed.
-
Welcomes and directs visitors, evaluators, and students.

Maintains office supplies and coordinates maintenance of office equipment.

Maintain professional boundaries and ensure student/staff confidentiality as appropriate within the educational Team

Contribute to professional growth and collaboration by staying informed on current literature/resources in the field and actively participating in staff meetings and professional development opportunities

Performs other related duties as assigned.
Candidate requirements:

Bachelor's degree in related field.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Docs
-
Administrative Assistant or comparable experience
Physical Requirements:
-
Prolong periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
-
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time.
-
Must be able to access and navigate all areas of the school and other facilities as needed.
