Duties
- Design and create beautiful floral arrangements tailored to customer preferences and occasions, utilizing your expertise in floral design.
- Assist customers in selecting flowers, plants, and related products through knowledgeable recommendations and personalized service.
- Handle all aspects of retail sales including cashiering, POS transactions, cash handling, and retail math to ensure accurate transactions.
- Maintain organized stock levels by stocking shelves, merchandising displays, and managing inventory efficiently.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns promptly, and creating a friendly shopping atmosphere.
- Support floral cooler and plant upkeep and rotation.
Experience
- 2 plus years previous experience in professional floral design required.
- Familiarity with retail operations including POS systems, customer care, merchandising, and stock management.
- Excellent communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are advantageous for engaging with diverse clientele.
- Demonstrated organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for customer service with a friendly attitude and proactive approach to designing, planning and executing floral design duties. Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
