Responsibilities
- Oversee daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation to ensure high standards are met consistently.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations across all kitchen activities, maintaining a clean and safe environment for everyone.
- Coordinate with front-of-house teams to ensure timely service and seamless communication during busy shifts.
- Shift management and staffing schedules to optimize team performance during peak hours.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or kitchen management; fine dining or casual dining experience is a plus.
- Strong leadership skills with previous supervising or team management experience in the food industry
- Excellent communication skills to train staff effectively and ensure top-notch customer service.
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
