Are you a true hunter who thrives on opening doors, creating opportunities, and winning new business?
LINAK is seeking an ambitious Business Development Manager to drive growth within our TECHLINE business by developing new OEM customers across the Off Highway market, including construction, agriculture, and military/defense industries.
This is not an account management role. We're looking for someone who enjoys the challenge of identifying untapped opportunities, building relationships from the ground up, and helping customers discover how LINAK's innovative actuator solutions can improve their products and applications.
You'll have the freedom to work remotely, travel throughout the U.S., attend industry trade shows, meet customers face-to-face, and play a key role in expanding LINAK's presence in strategic markets.
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven success in technical sales and business development.
- Strong mechanical and/or electrical aptitude with the ability to engage technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated history of identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities.
- Experience selling to OEM manufacturers.
- Ability to build relationships with engineers, purchasing teams, and executive decision-makers.
Preferred Experience
- Military/Defense industry sales experience.
- Construction or agricultural equipment markets.
- OEM sales of technical or engineered products.
- Experience introducing new technologies or solutions into new accounts.
