We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team in South Holland IL. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring our facility operates smoothly and efficiently. - Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and machinery.
- Conduct inspections to identify potential issues before they become problems.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance facility operations.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols.
- Assist in the installation of new equipment and systems as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.
- Proven experience as a maintenance technician or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair various types of equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if necessary.
