Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented CSA/Ramper to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining a professional demeanor. This position is ideal for individuals who excel in communication and have a passion for helping others.
Duties
- The Customer Service Agent (CSA) performs all aspects of airport and passenger service functions, including making reservations and preparing and issuing tickets and itineraries. Additionally, the CSA prepares, completes, and checks various flight forms for accuracy, invalidates tickets and comple tes post-departure procedures. The CSA also plays a crucial role in maintaining a safe environment.
- Conduct thorough research to provide accurate information about flights and schedules.
- Working with interactive aviation software to correct, add, or troubleshoot passenger reservations.
- Maintain effective communication with other airline staff, village agents, and passengers.
Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly.
- Strong research skills to find solutions quickly and efficiently.
- Able to communicate by typing responses efficiently and accurately.
Schedule Requirements
This position requires flexibility. Candidates must be available to work:
- Day shifts and evening shifts
- Weekends
- Some holidays, as scheduled

Pay: $21.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
