Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Clinical Supervisor to join our team and lead the delivery of high-quality behavioral health services. Duties
- Supervise and mentor behavior analysts and behavioral technicians to ensure adherence to treatment plans and clinical standards
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including diagnostic evaluations and intake procedures for new clients
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans based on applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles
- Oversee data collection processes to track client progress and inform treatment adjustments
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations by maintaining accurate medical documentation, medical records, and confidentiality protocols
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care, including special education providers and healthcare professionals
- Provide training on behavioral therapy techniques, medical terminology, and documentation best practices to staff members
Experience
- Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with current licensure or eligibility in the relevant state or region
- Proven experience working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly autism spectrum disorder
- Strong background in applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavioral therapy, and patient assessment methods
- Familiarity with medical terminology, medical records management, and healthcare compliance standards such as HIPAA
- Experience conducting diagnostic evaluations and intake assessments in behavioral health settings
- Demonstrated ability to lead clinical teams effectively while maintaining a positive, motivating environment
- Knowledge of data collection tools and techniques used in behavioral health interventions
