KEY RESPONSIBILITES/REQUIREMENTS:
The primary function of this contractor role is to provide coordination, sales enablement, and administrative support to Channel sales initiatives, and partner programs related to software and solutions offerings.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support channel enablement activities through coordination of training sessions, administrative coordination, pipeline tracking, and opportunity follow-up
- Assist with scheduling and coordination of sales reviews, partner meetings, and sales enablement sessions.
- Prepare sales reports, pipeline summaries, dashboards, and business review materials.
- Coordinate follow-up actions from customer meetings, partner discussions, and internal sales reviews.
- Help maintain backlog/order tracking, CRM updates, and opportunity status reporting.
- Assist with software migration coordination and partner onboarding activities
- Support channel enablement initiatives by organizing training materials, presentations, and documentation.
- Facilitate communication between internal teams and channel partners regarding ongoing projects and support requests.
- Contribute to partner adoption initiatives and operational support programs related to Software and Solutions offerings.
- Assist with gathering market feedback, customer requests, and partner activity updates for internal reporting purposes.
- Coordinate administrative support activities for pilot programs, partner initiatives, and sales operations processes.
