- Develop and maintain strong relationships with high school coaches, AAU programs, and families.
- Navigate the evolving recruiting landscape, including transfer portals and NIL considerations.
Practice Planning & Team Preparation:
- Assist with the design and execution of efficient, high-energy practices that reflect game
situations.
- Prepare scouting reports and game strategies tailored to each opponent.
- Foster a competitive and supportive team environment.
Academic Support & Accountability:
- Monitor academic progress in coordination with academic advisors to ensure eligibility and
success in the classroom.
- Promote time management, study habits, and personal responsibility.
- Serve as a mentor and role model, emphasizing the importance of academics and lifelong learning.
Student-Athlete Discipline & Development:
- Enforce team rules and standards with fairness and consistency.
- Guide players in their personal growth, emphasizing leadership, integrity, and accountability on and off the court.
- Support mental wellness and conflict resolution strategies.
Adaptation to a Changing Collegiate Landscape:
- Stay informed and proactive about NCAA regulations, compliance issues, NIL policies, and
transfer portal activity.
