Key Responsibilities:
Patient Check-in & Check-out- Greet patients, verify information, and ensure a smooth visit.
Appointment Scheduling-Manage calendars, reschedule visits, and send reminders.
Phone & Communication Management- Answer call, route messages, and assist with patient questions.
Insurance Verification-- Confirm coverage and update patient records.
Billing Support-Collect copays and assist with basic billing task.
Maintain a clean, organiz4d, and welcoming front desk area and waiting room.
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a Medical Receptionist or in a customer-service role preferred but not necessary.
Strong Communication and multitasking skills.
Comfort with computers, scheduling systems and EHR software.
Professional , reliable and patient-focused.
Ability to maintain confidentiality(HIPAA compliance).

Competitive pay based on experience
