Duties
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments including body mechanics and medical history to execute personalized care plans.
- Implement tailored fitness rehabilitation exercises focusing on chronic pain management, and functional mobility.
- Provide health coaching and education on lifestyle modifications, exercise tolerance testing, and chronic disease management to empower patients in their recovery journey.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams using electronic medical records systems to document patient care activities accurately.
