We are seeking an enthusiastic, high-energy Outside Sales Representative to join our field sales team in Orlando. You will engage directly with residents to promote and sell Spectrum’s premier telecom services, including high-speed internet, mobile, and TV packages. This is a 100% commission-only role with completely uncapped earning potential and frequent bonuses, designed for self-motivated go-getters who want their paycheck to reflect their hustle.
What You Will Do

Promote Spectrum: Educate consumers on Spectrum’s internet, cable, and mobile solutions to find the best fit for their home.

Close Deals: Overcome objections, present value propositions, and process new customer enrollments on-site.

Manage Territories: Track your daily field activity and follow up with potential leads to maximize closing rates.

Language: Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is highly preferred to serve Orlando’s diverse communities.

Experience: Previous outside sales, door-to-door, or customer-facing experience is preferred.
