Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a commitment to fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for young learners. As a Pre-K Lead Teacher, you will be responsible for implementing engaging curriculum that promotes the social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development of children aged 3 to 5 years.
Responsibilities
- Enhance and implement age-appropriate lesson plans from Creative Curriculum that align with educational standards and promote early childhood development.
- Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning.
- Utilize effective classroom management techniques to maintain a positive learning atmosphere.
- Foster strong communication with parents and guardians regarding student progress and classroom activities.
- Assess student progress through standardized testing and other evaluation methods to tailor instruction to individual needs.
- Provide support for children with special needs through early intervention strategies and behavior management techniques.
- Incorporate literacy education, math concepts, and physical education into daily activities.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, assessments, and developmental milestones.
- Collaborate with other educators to enhance the overall educational experience for students.
Experience
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred; Study Plan Teachers encouraged to apply.
- Proven experience working with children in a preschool or daycare setting is essential.
- Strong classroom management skills
- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and colleagues.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $68,500.00 per year
