Position Summary
As a Systems Engineer, you will deliver, support, and maintain IT solutions for new and existing customers.
You will assist team members in making reliable technical decisions, handling ticket escalations, and becoming a subject matter expert in one or more areas of expertise relative to our service stack.
Systems Engineers will aid with the creation of company standards for the solutions we sell.
Responsibilities
Provide support for customers and other engineering staff members in a responsive and service-oriented manner.
Design, build, deploy, and maintain IT solutions, including:
o Security and DR - firewalls, endpoint security, threat detection and response, backup, and replication.
o On-premise, hybrid, and cloud-native Active Directory environments.
o On-premise physical and virtualized Windows servers; Windows desktops and laptops.
o Network switches, wireless, network-attached storage, and other misc. devices
o Execution and conclusion of projects on time and budget.
o Ownership and management of customer projects and issues.
Maintain clear and concise time entry details of work performed based on our service standards.
Maintain the necessary project plans and documentation of all system builds and modifications.
Assist with the development of internal standards for deploying IT solutions.
Network assessments and solution gathering for potential new customers.
Job Requirements
Possess a valid driver's license and provide their own, reliable means of transportation to customer sites within a roughly 60-mile radius of Red Wing, MN, and Hudson, WI
Possess reliable and adequate home internet as well as a mobile phone.
Ability to work within a team, with limited supervision, and multitask.
Minimum 2-year technical program - equivalent work experience will be considered.
One or more certifications applicable to the qualifications below - preference given to those who possess certifications in the MSCA or MCSE tracks.

Compensation Package: Bonus Opportunities
Schedule: 8 hour shift Mon - Fri plus scheduled/rotating On-Call

Pay: $52,000.00 - $73,000.00 per year
