The Gig
We are looking for a reliable, hard-working Lawn Care Maintenance Team Member to join our crew. You’ll be working directly under our Mowing Foreman, learning the ropes, and mastering the art of property maintenance.
This isn't a "sit-in-a-cubicle" job. This is an active, outdoors, high-satisfaction role where you see the immediate results of your hard work every single day.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Spring & Summer: Operate commercial mowers, master the line trimmer (weed whacker) to create crisp edges, and handle property cleanups that make clients say "Wow."
- Fall: Show those autumn leaves who’s boss with high-powered blowers and cleanup gear.
- Winter: Switch gears into our Snow Hero crew. When the snow hits, we keep the community moving with snow removal, salting, and clearing operations (hello, winter overtime!).
What You Bring to the Team
- The Attitude: You’re reliable, show up on time, and bring a positive attitude. We can teach you skills, but we can't teach hustle.
- The Stamina: You love working outside in the sun (and sometimes the cold) and don’t mind a workout on the job.
- The Team Mindset: You take direction well from the Mowing Foreman and look out for your crew mates.
- The Basics: A valid driver's license is a huge plus (and required if you want to drive the trucks). Experience is great, but we are 100% willing to train the right person.
