Duties
- Operate power tools and other commonly used tools used in cabinet assembly.
- Hang doors, drawers and various cabinet inserts.
- Keep a well organized and clean working environment.
- Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment for all team members
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and improve workflow efficiency
Requirements
- Prior cabinet experience.
- Mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate hand tools, power tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Read shop drawings and cut lists.
- Install experience is preferred.
- Clean driving record.
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods during shifts
