Petcare Deluxe® LLC is a professional, bonded and insured in-home pet care company serving Northeast Ohio. We provide dependable, team-based care for dogs and cats, giving pet owners peace of mind while they're at work or traveling.
We're currently looking for a dependable, animal-loving team member to provide dog walking and drop-in pet care services in Northfield, Twinsburg, Sagamore Hills, and surrounding communities. Applicants who live in or near these areas are strongly preferred.
Position Overview
- Flexible part-time schedule
- Midday availability (10:00 AM–1:00 PM) is highly preferred
- Additional visits may be available mornings, evenings, and weekends (7:00 AM–10:00 PM)
- Visits range from 20–60 minutes
- No overnight care required
- Weekly hours vary based on client demand and your availability
This position is a great fit for someone who enjoys working independently, loves animals, and wants a flexible schedule with opportunities to grow as our company continues expanding.
Responsibilities
- Walk dogs and provide in-home pet care visits
- Feed pets and refresh food and water
- Clean litter boxes and monitor pets' well-being
- Follow individualized care instructions for each household
- Send visit updates with photos through our scheduling app
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and reliability while representing Petcare Deluxe
Additional Paid Opportunities
Team members who are interested in earning additional income may also participate in:
- Community outreach and flyer distribution
- Local pet events and vendor booths
- Online community engagement
- Meet & Greets with new clients (after training)
- Team Lead opportunities as the company grows
Participation in these opportunities is optional.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Reliable vehicle with valid driver's license
- Pass a background check
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Able to work independently and manage time effectively
- Smartphone with reliable internet access
- Previous pet care experience is helpful but not required—we provide paid training.
Compensation
- 20–30 minute visits starting at $10 per visit
- 45–60 minute visits starting at $18 per visit
