ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Matches Loading Schedule to Bill of Lading.
-
Fills out Daily Loading Records.
-
Ensures Railcar is Positioned and Secured at Proper Loading Location.

Visually Inspects the Railcar to be involved in the upcoming Transfer to Ensure it is Mechanically Sound and there is no Defective Equipment before Loading.

Connects Loading Arm/Hose.

Checks Vessel for Last Product Contained.
-
Loads Railcar According to Instructions Using Loading Scales and Step by Step Procedures.

Disconnects Loading Arm/Hose, inspects for any Leaks and Completes Required Paperwork Prior to Releasing Railcar.

Effectively Communicate to All Team Members and Management any Equipment Deficiencies.

Meticulous Attention to Detail; Able to Follow Instruction Both Written and Verbal.

Ensure Workers Adhere to Local, State and Federal Codes and Regulations.

Perform Other Related Duties as Assigned.
Requirements:
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

High School Diploma or Equivalent Education.

Two Years’ Experience in Manufacturing Environment.

Preferable Experience in Railcar/Track Duties.

Ability to Understand and Follow Written and Verbal Job Requirements.

Ability to Work Well in High Places in Excess Of 80 Feet, Use Man Lifts, And Work in Confined Spaces.

Ability to Climb Ladders, Stairs, Scaffolding and Ramps.
-
Ability to Stoop, Kneel, Crouch, Reach, Stand, Walk, Push, Pull, Lift and Grasp.

Ability to Work Outside in Environmental Conditions.

Ability to Lift Up To 100 Pounds of Force Occasionally, and/or up to 50 Pounds of Force Frequently, and/or up to 20 Pounds of Force Constantly.
