The Gutter Boys are seeking a skilled Gutter Installation Technician with 3+ years of proven experience to join our rapidly expanding company. Experience is non-negotiable — we need someone who can hit the ground running.
About the Role:
We specialize in installing 5" and 6" K-style gutters. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in:
- Operating a seamless gutter machine and switching between 5" and 6" setups
- Hanging downspouts with precision and quality craftsmanship
- Installing gutter guards to our company standards
- Safely operating and maintaining a company box truck
Leadership Opportunity:
We’re looking for someone with a supervisor mindset — a leader who’s eager to grow with us. This role will include training new technicians, overseeing installation processes, and supervising crews on daily job sites to ensure quality and efficiency.
