· Provide general administrative support to attorneys.

We, at Feeding Frenzy Media, LLC, are searching for a Permit Paralegal to help support our business. As a nationally diversified event management company, it’s sometimes hard to explain all the different things we do. However, as a Permit Paralegal, you will have the opportunity to work with multiple independent business owners throughout the United States. Your contributions will have a direct impact on the business by reviewing and preparing permits, securing event locations, and managing event sales location issues that reflect the overall profitability of the company. So, what will you be doing as a Permit Paralegal?
- Assist in drafting, filing, and follow-up on government permits.
- Research, analysis, and application of applicable city, state, and federal laws.
- Review invoices from outside service providers.
- Assist with budgeting and expense tracking.
- Provide general administrative support to the attorneys in the company.
- Identify opportunities to use technology and AI to facilitate permit work.
- Work proactively to improve the permit and event location management process.
