Job Description
Overview
Provide rapid assessment and evidence-based interventions in a busy ED serving diverse patient populations. Collaborate across disciplines to deliver timely, safe care.
Responsibilities
Perform triage, continuous reassessment, and escalation per acuity
Initiate orders, therapies, and education; coordinate disposition and follow-up
Support patient/family communication and experience initiatives
Participate in quality/safety projects and maintain competencies
Qualifications
Required
Current RN license (FL or Compact; FL by start)
1 year recent acute-care ED RN experience
BLS at start; CPI, ACLS, PALS within 90 days
