We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Appliance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in appliance repair, ensuring that our customers receive top-notch service. This role involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining various household appliances, providing exceptional customer service while working independently in the field.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and troubleshoot appliance issues using schematics and technical manuals.
- Perform repairs on a variety of appliances including refrigerators, washers, dryers, and ovens.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding repair processes and timelines.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used during repairs.
- Ensure all work is completed in compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Pay: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour
