Job Overview:
The Business Analytics & Operations Intern will support the Aftermarket team by analyzing sales performance,
inventory management processes, customer demand patterns, and SAP business processes. This role offers
hands-on experience in business analytics, operational finance, supply chain analysis, and enterprise systems
while contributing to strategic initiatives aimed at improving sales growth, inventory efficiency, and
operational performance.
Key Responsibilities:

Analyze aftermarket sales trends, customer purchasing patterns, and product performance to identify growth opportunities.

Develop sales dashboards and performance reports to track revenue, order intake, and customer activity.

Conduct market and customer analysis to identify gaps in product offerings and opportunities to increase aftermarket sales.

Support the sales team with data-driven insights for customer engagement and business development activities.

Analyze inventory levels, stock movements, and product usage trends to improve inventory availability and turnover.

Review reorder points, safety stock levels, and inventory planning parameters to optimize inventory investment.

Identify slow-moving, excess, and obsolete inventory and recommend corrective actions.

Assist in inventory reconciliation and inventory accuracy improvement initiatives.

Generate inventory performance metrics and reports for management review.

Support cross-functional projects involving Sales, Operations, Inventory Control, Procurement, and Finance.

Develop expertise in SAP modules supporting sales, inventory, procurement, and warehouse operations.

Create reports and dashboards utilizing SAP data to support operational and financial decision-making.

Qualifications:

Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Analytics, or a related field.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Interest in data analytics, business operations, finance, and enterprise systems.

Experience with ERP systems is a plus.
Work Environment:

Pay Rate Offered $20-25 per hour based on experience
