We are hiring an experienced and hardworking Sushi Chef to join our team.
Requirements:
- Previous sushi chef experience is required
- Must be skilled at making sushi rolls quickly, neatly, and consistently
- Able to handle side work, including food preparation, restocking, cleaning, and organizing the sushi station
- Efficient, responsible, and self-motivated
- Strong knife skills and knowledge of food safety
- Able to work quickly under pressure in a busy restaurant
- Must be dependable, hardworking, and a strong team player
