The Site Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of substance use treatment and recovery support programs, ensuring efficient office operations, program compliance, and the effective management of MARR sober living residences. This position provides leadership to staff, maintains a safe and supportive environment for clients, and ensures services are delivered in accordance with organizational policies, licensing standards, and best practices in recovery support.
Program Operations
- Oversee the daily operation of substance use treatment and recovery support programs.
- Ensure programs are delivered effectively and meet organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor client services to ensure quality care and adherence to program standards.
- Collaborate with clinical, care coordinators, and support staff to coordinate services.
- Assist with program development, implementation, and continuous quality improvement initiatives.
Office Management
- Manage the day-to-day flow of the office and ensure smooth administrative operations.
- Maintain client records, documentation, and reporting requirements.
- Ensure scheduling is completed timely.
Recovery Housing (Sober House) Oversight
- Oversee the operation of the sober living residence.
- Ensure houses maintain a safe, clean, structured, and recovery-focused environment.
- Monitor resident compliance with house rules, recovery plans, and program expectations.
- Coordinate resident admissions, discharges, and occupancy management.
- Conduct regular house inspections and address maintenance, safety, and facility concerns.
- Respond to resident issues, incidents, and emergencies as needed.
Staff Leadership and Supervision
- Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate staff performance.
- Provide coaching, guidance, and support to team members.
- Promote a positive, professional, and recovery-oriented work culture.
- Facilitate staff meetings and ensure effective communication among teams.
Compliance and Quality Assurance
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, local, and licensing regulations.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare reports for audits, inspections, and funding requirements.
- Monitor program outcomes and implement corrective actions when necessary.
- Support accreditation and quality assurance activities.
Qualifications
Required
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in substance use treatment, working as LADC.
- Minimum of 2 years of supervisory or management experience.
- Knowledge of recovery-oriented systems of care and sober living environments.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Preferred
- Experience managing recovery housing or residential programs.
- Knowledge of state licensing and accreditation requirements.

Pay: $58,000.00 - $63,000.00 per year
