What You’ll Do (Your Role):

- Assist chairside with efficiency and confidence
- Anticipate doctor needs like a mind-reader
- Create a calm, positive, and premium patient experience
- Maintain sterilization and clinical excellence
- Keep rooms running like a well-oiled machine
- Communicate clearly with patients (no “dental mumbo jumbo”)
- Support the team and step up when needed
